  • Can be converted into a retainer if ongoing support required

  • Reduced monthly fee (typically 15–30% discount vs. standard package)

  • Plus equity stake (usually 1% – 5% depending on stage, size, and involvement)

  • Works best where growth potential is high and alignment of interests is key

Standalone project fees tailored for the project scope and requirements. Projects can include:
